Return and Refund Policy

Custom and pre-made candles ordered from Lotti Studios are not returnable or refundable.

Items ordered from our "For the Home" collection, however, are returnable. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis and must be undamaged and unopened (where applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days after we have received your returned item for a decision on whether the return is accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made immediately, and should arrive within 1 business day, depending on payment processing times. If a restocking fee is to be applied, you will be advised prior to the refund. Please note that holidays and bank closures may affect processing times on electronic refunds.
